How long has Merchandise Inc. been in business?
Merchandise Inc. was founded in 1964 by pharmacist Donald J. Karches. Since then, we have successfully navigated multiple structural changes to the retail landscape, including the replacement of independent drug stores with chains, the rise of Walmart and other mass-market retailers, and the more recent transition to e-commerce.
What is a PO #?
This can be any combination of numbers and letters that are meaningful to you. Every order you submit to MI must have a unique PO #. Record this number — if you ever inquire about the status of your order, we can locate it using your PO #.
What is the difference between an Order Acknowledgment and an Invoice?
The Order Acknowledgment is not your invoice, but rather a preview of what we expect to fill. Once your order has been pulled, packed, and shipped, you will receive your final MI invoice via email.
When can we expect our order?
Once your order has been placed, we expect all orders to be picked, packed, and shipped within two to three business days. Shipping time depends on where you are located.
How do I open an account with Merchandise Inc.?
